As usual we always have way more to talk about than we have time for, but we needed to button up some decisions on the tours we may or may not take while in Tuscany, so we all met at Cheryl's. She loves to host and we love to take advantage of it. I mean, we love her and love that she likes to host this motley crew, we would NEVER take advantage of her, not ever! Cheryl's mom, sous chef and assistant extraordinaire, also known as Mariann, came over to help prep with the setup of the Maui Jim Expo and make us some food to eat while we discussed such important issues. So, thank you Mariann for all your hard work. It was all good and Cheryl didn't take credit, not even once, for all of your hard work.
Now on to one of the highlights of this night, let me at those Maui Jims! Seriously we had about 300 pair of sunglasses to check out...Several of us either needed or wanted a new pair of sunglasses and it is a bonus to have a friend who reps these and loves us enough to set out all of the models for us to check out. One of us may have had a pair of Oakley's finally met their demise while she was in Florida. I'm talking bout you Bibby! About time you come over to the land of Maui Jim. Others of us didn't really need any sunglasses, but good sunglasses are like good shoes, you definitely need more than one pair.
Yet another bonus to this evening, Heidi (aka Bibby) brought her massage chair to give all of us, well almost all of us a bit of a rub down. I'm sure we will be giving her a many more opportunities to put those skills to work while we are running wild in Italy.
The most I had to offer during this outing, other than my usual sarcasm, was bringing the little GoPro to start practicing how to get some decent video for this trip. Ladies you all are going to have to get use to this little camera catching all sorts of video clips. I promise to be nice, well most of the time, but do not fear as I would never post anything to the public that would embarrass you. Joann can attest to that as I still have not posted that Tina Turner clip. See, I am trustworthy! Well, here is my first attempt at a very, very short video to remember the evening. Still need a lot of practice on making this stuff look good, but hey, you have to start somewhere.
The countdown is on, 4 weeks from today and we will be in Tuscany. It's getting real people, it is getting real!
Caio!

Well someone has to comment, it might as well be me.
